All males from our late January ET set will sell, as well as a select set of elite ewe lambs from the same flush group. *This live sale will replace our historic online sale selling our January ETs.
March 2 – Saturday morning

We invite our genetic customers (those that utilized our buck battery, or lambs that were a product of a bred ewe purchase) are invited to come consign to LIVE auction. Interested in consigning or have questions – give Charlie a call or txt at 515-351-2070

Hild Brother’s Live Sale Facility
2280 Neely Ave, Webster City, IA 50595

Use one of the north drives
5×5 pens and bedding provided

Trailer parking available at Corner Acres
(3/4 mile south of sale facility)

2375 Neely Ave, Webster City, IA – located just south of Hwy 20 exit

Eligibility

Any lambs sired by HB bucks.
Resulting lambs out of an HB bred ewe purchase.

Age Recommendation

Since the sale is March 1st, we’d recommend sheep born in the December, preferably the front half that which will allow them to be weaned and through that stress period.

Entries

Entries open January 20th & close February 10th.
Consigners limited to 2 head for first year.
Limited space – please get your entries in early!

What To Bring As A Guest Consignor

No Sale Racks
Lambs will be available to view in pens.
Paint brands will be provided.
Small farm logo sign to hang on pen and provide lot & genetic info.
Health Papers, preferably one paper per lamb.
Feed dish/hay rack & water bucket.
Vet will be on site to write health papers to new destination.

Consigner Sale Prep

We’d recommend shearing lambs off with a 17 or 20 tooth comb 2-3 weeks prior to the sale. We would ask that nobody slicks prior to the sale so all sheep are the same fleece length . We’ll have a few stands with blowers available to blow legs if desired.
